Held positions expire 90 days after they are created unless they are activated. Here's how to activate one of your held positions.

Step 1) Make sure the default binary placement on your account is set to the Holding Tank. This means when someone uses your unique GOVVI signup link, they will go into your holding tank so you can place them.

Step 2) Share your GOVVI link with someone and have them sign up. Your unique links can be found on the Home screen of the backoffice.

Step 3) Once someone has signed up using your link, they will appear in your Holding Tank.

Step 4) Click on Merge and then choose one of your previously held positions to merge this new person into that spot.

That's it! Congratulations that held position is now active and has been filled by a new promoter.
